The Cap Neige residence is located in the Festival district, near the resort center and the Falaise district, close to the Aquariaz Tropical Paradise, the Ski School ESF as well as the

sledge run and within easy reach to all amenities.

Description and conditions

This two-room apartment of 30 m² is located on the 8th floor of the Cap Neige residence.

Ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples, it can accommodate up to five people maximum (including four adults).

Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only

Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We send our vacationers a seasonal rental agreement indicating our rental conditions that must be returned to us duly initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation.

The Keys are handed over and returned at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots and the entrance to the resort.

We love animals, but we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise.

As the apartment is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for smoking on the balcony.
